8) CanU, control yourself. I think you should withdraw your rash and offensive remark about Easdale Island and at the same time try to improve your language. Noone's against having fun - we're just lightly exchanging views about the balance between irresponsibility and responsibility while so doing. Your last message erred on the irresponsible.

PP, I'm not your enemy. I enjoy our exchanges and, on this occasion, I really do agree with you. 8)

CanU, you clearly feel very strongly about it. How can you say, 'so selfish?' The reality is jetskis do impinge on other people and unless the 'sport' does more to police itself in a responsible and sociable manner, then the 'majority' will dictate to it.

If you've ever watched jetskiis offshore you wait and see how often it seems that they stop to take a look to see who is watching them! As if others think that jetskiing is the bees knees! Personally I think it looks boring and is a rather pointless activity unless you are in an organised race or event. And I love the thrill of living a bit dangerously too

Sally.Im sure any position you take would be fine with me :
on a serious note no one condones the actions of idiots and no way do I seek to disagree with a serious point although I may stoop to the odd wind up

I have just read this thread. I would love to have a go on a jet ski. Anyone offering to let me have a go? I think Toberonochy is a good place.
