Status of the Hall

What is the status of the hall? The council recieved 50,000 pounds plus all the wee jars of pennies and such. It should be up and running by now.

I was saving up my pennies but with the exchange rate it would be like sending a jar of half-pennies. Since Scotland no longer has half pennies, I thought this would be a moot venture.
