Saving those nations otherwise drowned

We’ll move to low carbon
Build electric cars
Talk to the Chinese
Have energy Czars

We’ll recycle our waste
Fill our cavity walls
Cycle to work
Do less damage with trawls

But what is the point in a world filled with kids
Dragging us down, a world on the skids
The planet is finite and every new birth
Is just one more nail in the coffin of Earth
