Still Here
I'm still here. Unfortunatly, I have been busier than a one-legged man in a butt kicking contest.
Someone needs to give little dude directions to the local chip shop. The boy is starving!!!
There hasn't been much posted for me to comment on. And that's scary.
Spring is here and I am knee deep in baby goats. Ducklings and goslings are running about all over the place. Chickens are laying eggs like there is no tommorow. I ran in to a racoon the other night hunting for eggs and the "all you can eat chicken buffet" in the chicken house. Needless to say I won that battle. We had a family of mink kill 200 chickens last summer. This winter someone was wearing a new mink coat.
Did I read correctly, is there a plan in the works to turn part of Seil in to a municiple dump. I say NAY to that silliness. Maybe the government will turn the whole island into a wildlife preserve and kick everyone off so the birds will have a nice place to live.
Do you all need a dairy farmer on Seil? We make great organic cheeses.
Cheers
Bob
