Lord Smith has been tasked with convening cross-party talks to produce, by 30 November 2014, Heads of Agreement with recommendations for further devolution of powers to strengthen the Scottish Parliament within the UK.
As part of that, Lord Smith wants to hear from you about your views on what could be devolved.

Bully for you NB.
That's the first neutral posting from your fair hand on this topic.
I have given the Smith lot my own personal thoughts, which are probably in line with many of the Yes persuasion, as I feel that the internecine bickering of the parties who agreed the accord for Devo Max might well be instrumental in watering down their early promises.
But what about the Seileachan ? Still- Latest issue June?
