It's taken a while, but the first newspaper has finally come out in favour of YES
OK, it's only the Sunday Herald, with no sign that its daily counterpart is going to follow suit - but it's the first crack in the dam, and tremendously significant in consequence .
I bet it sells out quickly when the shops open in the morning.

Well, sadly there are no Sunday Heralds in Balvicar today - or in Oban, apparently.
They are saying it is a 'printing problem'.

I got no.2 son to get me a couple of copies in Morrisons in Aberdeen. He got the last two.
Apparently if you missed it today you can get a copy sent out by phoning 0141 302 7300 tomorrow.

Seemingly, there was such a run on them in Glasgow the second batch did not make the 2nd deadline for transport to Oban - Encouraging! Thanks for info re phone number!

I tried everywhere in Oban for a copy, but to no avail. I will call the number tomorrow!
