Brady (despite the fact he sadly showed no famous compassion when torturing and slaughtering the little children) should be released.
Don't forget though that the Lockerbie bomber was probably released on compassionate grounds because we wanted to cover up the fact that he was the victim of a miscarriage of Scottish justice.
There's also the Blair/Gadaffi/Salmond connection to remember too.
Blair got the BP oil contract.
