I didn't know google street view now included Oban, even as far out as Easdale.

Go to http://maps.google.co.uk/ and put in 'Oban' and then drag the little orange man onto the bit of road you want to view. See how bad the road through Seil used to be during the height of the sewage pipe disruption

covers whole of UK, has done for a few months now.
seems to be only private roads missing from it
