Monday 17 May at Atlantis Leisure, 11:00am
Waterwatch Scotland, the national complaints handling authority for all domestic and non-domestic water customers and customer representative body for the water industry in Scotland, is actively seeking feedback from residents in Oban, Dunoon and surrounding areas, on a wide range of issues, including the service customers receive from Scottish Water.
A local representative from Seil is going with a view to raising various issues arising from the recently installed sewage scheme on Seil. Anyone with any points they would like raised is invited to post them here or PM me and I will pass them on.

Sorry Mags,

I don't have any details. If I get any I will post them here, otherwise I am sure there will be a reference in the next CC minutes. The next CC public meeting is on Tuesday, so you could always go along and ask.

There was an article in this week's Oban Times giving some details of this. The gist of the meeting seems to have been that Scottish Water have acknowledged that mistakes were made and that there are ongoing problems, which they are committed to fixing. John Wilson and Stuart Reid were at the meeting.
