Website problem

Post by Hunter »

I'm wondering if there is anybody who can offer me some advice on this problem. I have a website that I currently am unable to download. Both my website service and my domain name is paid up. However, I haven't been able to download my site for almost a week. I have sent a number of emails to the technical support of this server but still haven't received any answer. I'm wondering what I should do.

This would be better in the Bits and Bytes section below, which is specifically for help with computer problems. However . . .

a) What do you mean by 'unable to download' - do you mean you can't see it in a web browser, or do you mean that you can't access it via FTP?

b) Why not phone the hosting company, this is often better than e-mailing - or is it a premium rate line?

c) If you PM me the web address and any other relevant details I will look into it for you
