Can anyone recommend the best gravy to put on my haggis and chips?

Easy! Can't beat a wee dram poured gently over the haggis!

Don't they sell some sort of laden E numbered gravy at the chippy?
If making this meal at home just use some really good gravy off the roast that you have kept back and frozen, tho you might have to rethicken it a bit.
