Thanks, Great photos.
Photo No 8 is my favorite, it just shows the chalet site, been going there since 1980, but a bit more difficult to visit now.

Rabndog, Thanks for your comment.
Apologies to Nick who I asked to post these and to add a comment that they were taken in the early Summer, It's obvious they were taken in late Summer or very early Autumn as you can see there has been a cut of silage in the fields around the golf course - No 9. My mistake
I really put them in to remind those with an interest what the island looked like pre 'BB.' Work had just begun on the golf course lay down area and the 'Balvicar 'Bypass.'
Without starting off another Balfour Beatty rant please let it rest here as 'how interesting!'
As for the trip itself, it was a last year's Christmas gift.
If anybody is stuck for a gift idea, a flight is an excellent suggestion. Even as a treat for yourself this is a marvellous experience particularly when flying over Argyll and the Clyde that I thought I knew so well. It is surprisingly different and very educational.
PS - I have no financial interest of any kind in Loch Lomond Seaplanes
