So the moaners got their way without getting their feet wet- a Lion Rampant is flying on Loch Seil in place of the tattered Saltire. Shame it took someone up from London to sort it !
Any chance of someone now restoring the Saltire which flew last summer on St Brendan's Hill; in between collecting their benefits, obviously.

Could it be that the flag committee re-located to London?
