I was there, It was very good. I was standing at the back wearing a pair of tight leather trousers and a basque, did any one notice my new hair do?
Jet black with hot pink streaks?
I lost count of the times I was goosed
It reminded me of the dances that used to be held in the old hall, all sweat and old spice, hot tea and even hotter men and the scones och like licking a farmers sock all salty and damp!
There was one year a young man from cheshire kept me up all night telling me stories of his time in combat 18 and polishing his air rifle!
And the new hall, well the New Years dance was very good, i'm sorry if any one caught sight of my ample buttocks when my skin tight calamity Jane outfit split during a particularly energetic strip the willow. Thankfully using a piece of tarpaulin and some rubber dingy glue I was able to join up the peep hole suede effect trews and join in with Auld Lang's Gaelic roadsign!!!

Funds raised
.
You might be interested to hear that the gig raised £243.03 for Oban Hospice - not a bad haul. Let's hope it's not too long until the next gig.
