Firstly, Grasshopper - why don't you post this in the "What's On" section - or are you just trying to get some free advertising to help you line your pockets.

Secondly - What makes you think we need classes in diet and fitness - I like a few others on here eat well enough and get plenty exercise - Do I really need some jumped up black belt in origami telling me what to do - and no doubt pay for the privelege.

Pass me the the beer and fags - Seventh

.
If anyone knows of any local events or regular meetings such as the Health and Fitness Classes then please do put them in the What's On forum.

I will 'sticky' ones like this and the SNHG that are regular occurrences so they stay near the top.

(Argumentum ad hominem)

Not Interested - Not Coming!

You can keep your pseudoscientific obscuratious quackery

Beer, Fags, Lutefisk & a bottle of Aquavit on the couch will be fine, Ja?

I have just heard the chap doing the fitness at the hall also works at the beach fitness club. So one must assume he is good at this job. May even pop along myself.

Actively avoiding anything which sniffs of pinkos

Can I ask what a "pinko" is? Would it make a good disguise?

Sounds like deviant behaviour to me! If it is then I know someone who might be able explain what it is…

Yes pinko was a term used at the height of the Mccarthy era for a communist perhaps ole nos is having flashbacks and thinks he is J Edgar Hoover.
