Why are these published a month after the meeting happened? It's not really very helpful when there are immediate issues.
e.g.
Mary Norris and Mike Shaw proposed that a meeting of younger residents, interested in the Hall be held on Tuesday, 4th September at 1930 hours. The date will be advertised in the Seilachan and person contact will be made.
Well, I wonder how many young people read the Seilachan?

I do, for a start, but usually have great difficulty finding any contact details in it. I tracked down a number once and offered to help with the printing after a request for help was made. Nobody ever bothered to get back to me so I might have phoned the wrong person!

Perhaps the committee is formed of Mystic Meg, Russell Grant, Psychic Psmith et al....
in which case, can they tell us the outcome of the 5 big houses planning application please?
