whats with the big holes down the golf course road. How's the boy from the prawn shop supposed to get passed with his watering can.

Connecting people to the new water main - except they are having a few problems as none of the pipes are where they are shown on the map . . .

I have spoken to the 'prawn shop' and they are coping fine!!!! It'll take alot more than a few wee holes to stop that lot from getting on with the job. They'll swim the prawns through if they have to... business as usual. By the way has anyone seen any water men? Plenty of evidence of them having been there but I've yet to see a wee manny. Are they all down the holes? The pies at the shop must be fair rattling off the shelves. Who has eaten all the pies btw.... any ideas

i heard the safety video before they started the job was the "great escape", the've called the holes tom, dick and harry. I think i saw them on the golf course spreading muck via the bottoms of their trousers.

- that would explain it.....should we post a guard somewhere? after all, we are not really used to people escaping from Seil, we are more used to new inmates moving in.......

Is there any truth in the rumour that the Council have ageeed a PFI with Scottish Water.....and these holes, as you call them are infact the initial phase of a cost-effective, fixed link tunnel project to link Seil with both Easdale and Luing

I have heard that the green goblins from the water board have broken a sewage pipe leading from one of the wee hooses to a septic tank across the road... there is jobbies

floating in the hole and YUK the hole contains a temporary water pipe taking some H2o to the hooses in Balvicar... people have been taking photos apparently but no-one has bothered to report it - just so you know I have now and I have it on good authority that this is a priority and will be sorted tomorrow. Now thats a relief (said the jobbie to the toilet paper). BUT please all you Balvicarites I'd forget about that shower or glass of water till after they've been. You have been warned.....

PS I think I know whoate all the pies....

keep your suit on Spidey - the problem has been temporarily fixed 'and cleaned...' properly done on Monday once the green goblins avec le jeune jackets have returned from weekend leave... word has it that it was not unseasonal heavy rain that has caused the floods down south but the goblins aka H2o are us.com have in fact been tampering with water mains down south... spidey will probably know the truth in this rumour.....

the work they are doing here is merely a legitimate cover for their more
sinister activities.....
