My neighbour, on phoning Scottish Water and trying to get some sense out of the operative was told "There are only a few of you who phone in from Seil, 'they' would pay more attention if more people rang in".
0800 731 0840 will get you through for free, so next time the taps go dry, how about giving your friendly water company a shout and letting them know how much you love them?

Ach c'mon, they were pretty quick coming out to fix it (within the hour) and everyone knows what a state the water pipes in, i'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.

Just wait until the 18th June for the real fun to begin!!

Can't really knock them. They are doing their best at the moment with what is under the ground. They have been liasing pretty well with the local community keeping us informed.

I for one will give them the time to sort this mess out.
