In case it may have slipped some folks' minds', we are entitled to claim, from Scottish Water, £20 if the supply is interupted for more that twelve hours without prior notice and a further £10 if this goes on for twenty-four hours. Seems to me that if as many folk as possible claim it might concentrate Scottish Waters' collective mind on improving things.
