Village Hall Survey

This might be a bit of a long shot and possibly a bit cheeky.... but I'm looking to send out a questionnaire concerning my local village hall (East Tuddenham, Norfolk) and have been wondering for some time just what to ask!

I ended up doing a bit of a search on Google and noticed that this is something your village hall has done, all be it some time ago....

I don’t suppose someone would be willing to share what they asked to help me along?
