Scottish Cabinet meeting in Oban

(I think it was Labour, we were living in Albany St at the time) in Oban a few years ago. There were big blokes dressed like Darth Vader climbing out of manholes and other Darth Vader clones hiding up closes, all 'tooled' for war. There were big black RIBs' patrolling the bay crewed by, yes, more Darth Vader lookalikes and the handful of protesters at the Corran Halls were being 'kettled' by yet more heavies who outnumbered the protesters 5 to 1. 
It was all way over the top but a great example of Democracy at Work. I do believe the Scots Cabinet have much more sense.
