Thanks to all those who came and supported the Burns Supper - donated raffle prizes, peeled spuds, cooked, stirred, served, decorated, did dishes - Seil Sound for singing (with Maggie & Sue V accompanying) , Nick B and Dr George for their very fine Address to the Haggis, Immortal Memory and Tam o'Shanter, and wee Innis for chantering.
It was good to be able to chat, without pulling an oar at the same time. We raised around £190, which will be used to replace the lifejackets.
Our 'old' ones (five, two seasons use) will be available soon - they need re-arming or used as manual. Offers to Sue 300545.
