stop over on Seil

I hope the community can advise me. I am not a resident but have friends on Luing and I am travelling up to Luing for the muster in May before we all go to the Outer Hebrides for a month. I know it will be a busy time and I would like to stop overnight (motorhome 7m) on Seil (if possible), to catch the early ferry to Luing and wonder if the car park accepts overnight parking (eating in the hosterly etc). I have only been to Seil once and cannot remember if this is possible. Thank you

.
There is a 'no overnight parking' sign in the car park at Ellenabeich, but this is widely ignored and no-one usually objects.

It might also be possible to spend the night in the car park at the Tigh and Truish (the pub at the bridge) if you wanted to eat there. Other people have done this occasionally and I have not heard of any hassle.

Nick, that is very helpful and thank you for your response and ideas. I always try to respect the areas I visit and know that some areas are naturally unhappy with overstays. I recognise that there maybe some/many of the community who may not access this forum but hopefully this way I shall be attempting not to transgress your community environment.

Check with the bar staff before overnighting at the T&T - it's only polite!
John Taylor allows overnight parking in his car park (Highland Arts) at Ellenebeich for a nominal fee.

Tim, Thank you. I have already done that, after the previous post, and they were pleased that I had contacted them and asked and should be fine
