LOOSE BOAT CALLED "PIQUERO"

On the high tide 10 September I spotted a white 10ft boat named Piquero (I think that's how it is written) floating towards Seil Sound with the outgoing tide. It has been secured to a small tree (half in and half out the water) for now near Clachan Seil. Does anyone know the owner?
