Brown calls for Scottish Parliament to be made permanent

I bet most of you thought it was . . .
GORDON Brown has called for a new law to “fully entrench” the Scottish Parliament in the UK’s constitutional landscape so its powers can never be over-ruled or abolished by Westminster.

Both Tam Dalyell and Michael Kelly have recently called for the Scottish parliament to be abolished in the event of a NO vote.
It really could be a case of 'vote No, get nothing'
