May, July and September CC minutes now online + Seilachan

I was sent the first minutes I have received from the Community Council for six months at the end of last week, so the minutes for MAY, JULY and SEPTEMBER are now available on the Community Council page of the community site.
I guess the fact that no-one has mentioned that there have been no minutes published on the site for six months means that they are not sorely missed. Whether this is because they are available elsewhere or whether it just reflects a general apathy I don't know.
