I see that Building has started again at the Balvicar Crosssroads, Which i must say in the current economic climate is really good to see, It will certainly enhance that corner of the Village.
Is this a sign that there is an up-turn in the Scottish Housing Market.

Probably more a sign that TSL are quiet elsewhere.

It will be good to see them finished though - it has been a bit of an ongoing eyesore.
