Can someone help provide information regarding the TSL Balvicar Clachan Dubh development please. We are considering the purchase of the remaining unit as a home (not let) but are concerned about various comments that have appeared in the minutes of the Community Council meetings at various times. Building delays etc. Local intelligence would be very useful and gratefully received, there may be other issues that we should be aware of? Thanks

Allegedly TSL are only prepared to build each block when all three units are sold. My concern would be that the second block of three could be a long time seling, so you could be living in a building site for years. TSL would be the people to answer this however.

It is disappointing that TSL have been allowed to get away with this act of environmental vandalism for so long - but they are not contravening any planning regulations, and I guess with a 'sell first build later' policy it was a cheap investment for them.

It would be interesting to hear what TSL have to say. The sooner they get on with building the whole deveopment the better.
