West Coast Renewables (aka Rory Young) are holding a drop-in session in the hall a week tomorrow (Friday 14th Oct) from 3pm - 8pm.

Reproduced verbatim from the Oban Times advertisement today:
We have arranged a drop in session so that local people can learn more about the benefits that wind farms can bring to local communities and to provide an update on the Clachan Wind Farm proposal.

The session will provide an opportunity for local people to find out more about how wind farms co-exist with communities in Scotland, to explain the tangible benefits that a wind farm can bring to a local community and its economy, and to offer the chance to talk with others who have first-hand experience of living and working with wind farms located close to communities, including the Scottish Community Foundation.

if it's for locals why hire the hall, it could be held in the bus shelter instead :stir
