Re. the longstanding eyesore at Balvicar Crossroads - should TSL be made to either get on with it or clear it up?

Aye, they should just build them all or go away.

Maybe TSL are trying to compete with Scottish Water for the Seil arse-up of the century award, so they might need a wee bit more time to catch up.

I fear it's going to stay like that until some other suckers come along and put down desposits on the rest of the houses.
