I wonder if we'll be keeping the new dual carriageway?

I hear our prospective SNP MP has been throwing his oar in with the BB boys.......which seems odd as he isn't an MP or a MSP, or A&B councilor or indeed a Seil Community Councilor ...... in fact he isn't a resident on Seil.

Are he and the mystery hole plunger related? If so does this shed any light on the recent pontoon debacle. Or am I just paranoid.........

Are these luddite NIMBYs that have hijacked the letters page of the Oban Times really the voice of Seil or just a vocal minority?

Most people I meet are delighted at the progress the BB boys have made in what have been fairly horrendous weather conditions.

And surely its better to crack on with the job - work by floodlight - and get it over with in the shortest possible timeframe - than using less resources and thus have disruption for a longer period of time.

I'm confident the rural idyll will be restored when all this is finished and the serial objectors can settle down and enjoy their copy of the Daily Mail in relative peace.

I heard the travelling people down at the caravan park are getting new housing built for them, and their getting to opperate their own stop/go sign as well. I guess it will give one of them a job.

Let's hope they're not related, it's a bugger when close family let you down...

i would say related or friends
both can pass the buck very quickly
as some have experienced in the past
p.s i think you have to be able to do your job on the stop go
some might find its not there job to do
