So does this mean that we have 2 new community halls within a few metres of each other, jointly costing well over £1 million but neither delivering the goods? Poor acoustics, freezing cold, leaking, no atmosphere...

If you mean Poles I think they're b**gering off to Scandinavia. There is so many beautiful women and the ugly vikings were sent to Scotland.
