a well-developed degree of laziness and a depressingly common level of irresponsibility, but an attitude of complete contempt for other users of the thoroughfare in question.
But will the person who objects to dog poo, also be a person who doesn't exceed the speed limit, doesn't litter, doesn't do anything that may upset their neighbour, doesn't pollute the environment in other ways? Is our Vicar casting the first stone?

P.S. My dog always stays on my land

How come that the moderators of this site often seem the least moderate in expressing themselves?

it's the horse s**t that really grinds my gears. They deposit all over the roads, generally resulting in you driving through them and leaving skid marks
Don't see horse riders dismounting and scooping these up. I personally feel the horse faeces is the most offensive on our roads.

is most of the golf droppings not in the rough?i have walked on the course many a time and never seen any, only when my beloved terrier has trotted off to the bushes to do hers! so surely by dogs doing their do-do's in the rough, golfers will improve their game? they should be thanking the (local) dogs. {does anyone else have opinions on the different treatment of visiting dogs} i would always pick up on our visits to foreign or other holiday spots - as not to offend locals, or indeed their dogs who may feel intimidated by new incoming dogs in their area! Dog's and cats indeed are very territorial animals after all!! and are prone to leaving their mark!!!

i try my best not to do my business on any of your heads when flying over but sometimes i get caught short

Any of you lot go camping?

If so - do you carefully deposit all human faeces in little plastic bags and place them in your rucksacks so you can flush them out to sea when you get home?

If they are wild camping then hopefully they bury it or put it under a stone. However, I fail to see the relevance as the roadside verges and pavements in Balvicar are rarely used as campsites so human faeces in our public places are not that much of a problem.

Word is we're getting a dog warden down here. Perhaps he/she can wander up to Balvicar once in a while to impound a few of your culprits.
Noticed the green box outside the shop had moved through ninety degrees today. Must be the snow in London causing mirth near the Bridge causing earthshakes all the way to Balvicar.

The SSPCA have responsibility for dogs North of the border, irrespective of the nationality of their owners - but then I expect you already know this. Are you a closet anglophobe Sandy? I think I have pointed out before that this forum - and most of the island, not just those born South of the border - take a dim view of that, and irrelevant posts which make spurious reference to a person's nationality are likely to be deleted and a warning issued.

Longshanks, I suspect that A&B has not got a lot of money to spend on dog wardens. You can CLICK HERE to see what they have to say on the subject.

I'm starting to get the hang of this obscure way of writing but do need the following translating please:

Crivvens
Boab
Fash
Mebbes
Whist
Pm-ed

Mr B and Mr Seil - do you really talk like this? I assume you're writing phonetically and when I read your posts aloud it sounds as though you are speaking in a mixed Irish/West Indian accent. Is that how you normally speak?

How can Sandy say that hauf the dog owners here are English? I thought that if you live in Scotland you become Scottish. I was English but am Scottish now having settled here a few months back and intending to live here for the rest of my life.
