Correct me if I'm wrong: Andy Hornby (HBOS) is a Scot. Fred Goodwin (RBS) is a Scot. The Articles of Association of RBS preclude anyone not born in Scotland from sitting on the Board (ex non-execs).

You're a bit of a sad bitter case, LongChip, as you've shown here before, and frankly I just can't be bothered replying further to your invective. I like the English a lot, blame them for nothing and my recent reference to Yorkshire was, of course, focused on the Halifax, which brought huge liabilities of toxic mortgages to the HBOS partnership.
