A Lovell takeover?

As there are a lot of savvy people out there who have their ear close to the ground and know their elbow from different parts of the body, can someone please tell me why there is a sudden proliferation of white vans in the area all proclaiming their allegiance to some outfit called Lovell?

Lovell took over from Connaught and I think this is an attempt to finish off/snag their works before the end of the original contract with ACHA.
