Are we reaching the stage where posts like the above have to be vetted before their appearance on the website.
To all intents and purposes, this appears as a load of gibberish to the ordinary punter like myself - It may have some relevance to the medical profession (although I doubt it), but even considering this outside chance, does it have any bearing on everyday life on Seil?
Given that this may be a complete nutter - what are the motives behind this post?

It's spam, pure and simple, some links inside they want you to click on. Deleted, deleted the spammer too, and the previous topic altogether.

O Sugar.
Looks like I'm too late. I just happen to need some Amoxil right now what with my chest as it is.
Any chance of you putting the posty back on site again Mr NickB; just long enough for me to make a quick order; saves going to the surgery.
Thanks

Does anyone know anyone who buys or has bought from online pharmacies? With the proliferation of these spam messages I imagine there must be significant trade but what do you get? I don't think anyone would take the risk of eating tainted food, so why take the risk of being poisoned by taking fake or counterfeit drugs? I just can't imagine the circumstances by which anyone would do it (even if there weren't online identity theft or credit card fraud risks) unless they are the sort that is satisfied by any sort of placebo.
