Up through the ghostly mountains,
Silver rivers, ancient trees,
A little lost soul wandered on,
She cried out, she couldn’t see.
What was it she had lost,
That thing that warmed her heart,
She looked and looked, but couldn’t find
And now, she fell apart.
Then…..
A Unicorn whispered lyrics,
The wood Nymphs sang along,
Do not be scared little one,
For you we sing this song.
Now in her midst grew colours,
With every note and chord,
Shimmering gold, rose red, viridian,
Formed with every word.
And as the twilight came down upon,
The forest's glorious sound,
The stars and moon, joined in the song,
Whilst lighting up the ground.
Shades and hues bewitched her ears,
Harmonies enchanted her eyes,
The woodland's magic saving her,
No more her soul would cry.
Forest Song.

The better way we all can take
with colours bright not tints opaque
your soul may yet be saved by verse
upon such noble thoughts----- converse.

Thanks Teddy Is that a wee alternative ending to mine or it is what's called a poetic response... either way....
