Community Council elections

Just to remind you all that the Community Council elections are on October 29th. Postal ballots are apparently available.

Under the new structure there will no longer be any provision for co-opted or nominated members - all Community Council members will be elected. Make sure you get the Community Council you want by either standing or voting.

I haven't got any further information, so if you know anthing useful such as:

a) Who is standing
b) How to apply to be a candidate
c) How the voting process will work
d) How to apply for a postal vote

then perhaps this thread would be a good place to post it.
