You may have noticed I have not posted here for some time. I have been extremely busy. It has come to my attention that the cyberworld is full of people whose opinions are simply incorrect, and as a person of the cloth, not to mention IT expert of some considerable skill, I have a moral duty to bring these fools to their senses. I am undertaking a crusade across cyberspace at the moment bringing my wisdom to the unenlightened. I have, therefore, no time to deal with the petty squabbles of a bunch of parochial neer-do-anythings.
So, little people, this is your last piece of spiritual advice from the Crimson Vicar. Nick McB, feel free to delete me.

Glad youve given up on us vic,anyone who describes people he does not know as neer do anythings,parochial and petty deserves to be deleted
Those who know say ignorance is bliss Go forth and have a Happy life VIC it will become apparrent in time that its not just the cyberworld thats full of people with incorrect opinions some it would appear pertain to those of the cloth

I have removed all his privileges but left his posts. After much arm twisting I have got an old stalwart to agree to come back as moderator. Hopefully Herby will last a little longer and keep a steadier hand on the tiller.

Sadly we must say that the Crimson Vicar will not at all be missed. He contributed poorly and deteriorated thereafter. He painted a poor picture of us Seil folk, a negative picture that is totally unjustified. This is a friendly and pleasant community. OK, we cybernutters occasionally present a cynical view here but in reality where else is a walk or drive along the roads punctuated by so many waves and chats and open signs of communal wellbeing and friendship?

Hello my friends,

I am too rather displeased at the Vic's recent post (Parochial? Us? Thats how they talk down in that London, or so I hear), although not too surprised seeing the trouble he has been causing over at the OT forum. I have not been here for a while (nothing of merit to say, really, and indeed had fogotten how to log in after getting a new computer ), but am honoured to be asked by the boss to step in as moderator. While we should all enocurage free speech, such nonsense as we have recently seen should be stepped on rapidly, and I am glad to see that has happened here. I'm not sure he should be banned, his stupidity should be paraded for all to see - I will be content to let the membership do the stepping until such time as the rules of this forum wotnot are broken.
