Bridge across the Atlantic Help please!

My grandparents have recently from a holiday in Oban during which they visited Seil Island.
My grandfather was particularly interested in the bridge and wishes that he had recorded the inscription on the plaque that he saw near it.
Can anyone tell me what it is? It is about memories.
