Reverting to Andy Murray. I listened to the midday phone-in on Radio Two earlier. It seems many English in fact don't like him because he made some Anglophobe comments during a press conference in 2006.

I say "Get over it!". Us Jocks have been receiving all sorts of unpleasant comments for many years and we don't bear a grudge.

I see the English rugby team will rush into their new team a New Zealand Maori inside threequarter on the basis of the 3-year residency rule set by the international rugby board. Pathetic really but maybe Seil should adopt the same rule - live here for 3 years and you qualify to be called "a local". Which brings us back to the original thread - Seil's a great place to live and worth trying for at least 3 years.
