Cads and bounders

Your troubles, amongst others, PP, are that, though likeable, you really are an imprecise and woolly reader and thinker: In this case, I said "quite soon" and "the day is drawing nigh".
Indeed the whole point of this thread is that we are looking to and discussing THE FUTURE, extrapolating from the results of last week. Too challenging for a twit who lives and quotes from the newspapers of cads and bounders about the past.
Shape up, old fella, or ship out - Boris would welcome you down in twitville!!
Still, we love you here.......we need eccentric nutters and twitters

Spiderman, you say of me
By all means build for the future, but take a few lessons from the past. If independence is to come for the UK , you better go back in your cave, because I think it will be several generations off at least. As the article indicates I don't believe it will happen in our future.

How imprecise and woolly is that?"quite soon" and "the day is drawing nigh

Although I'm Italian of course, I would like to see Scottish independence. Just because it's right for any country and because the government in Edinburgh is doing a good job. I have English, Indian, Chinese and Polish friends who vote SNP. It's not about Scotland vs England. It's about the right of any country to control its own affairs.
PP. let's agree to differ. Time will tell.
And, by the way, PP, don't believe everything you read in the newspapers............................................................................................................and, while we're at it, this blog is supposed to be about Seil peoples' thoughts and ideas not about quoting vast chunks of stuff thought up and written by others..........
Mona, I like you......

As I said already, let's just agree to differ, PP. My view is that, in terms of sustainability, population density, natural resources and potential for economic growth, Scotland is considerably better off than England. Not too many of England's past colonies have "come on bended knees, knocking on the door and meekly begging to be let back in"!! You must be joking!! But this isn't a Scotland vs England thing.....I know a lot of pro-SNP English men and women.....so, c'mon, PP, repent and join us!!
