No more dodging the concrete. I won't have to have my wheels realigned every week. :thumbsup

I think our roads could do with the removal of the tourist busses.......

I agree, 7th. Plus the bus drivers can be quite nasty and aggressive.

I like the idea of marking the potholes with orange paint instead of filling them with tarmac. I can see the potoles early and swerve in time to avoid frequent wheel alignment service.

yes, I did notice the paint but am curious to learn why some are marked in blue ??

......unless it's a priority issue......or depth gauge.......or just, quite simply, that the worker employed to do the task hadn't realised when he set off to do the job that he would need more than one aerosol can, having to borrow a can from his friend the Water Man, and only realising at first spray that it's the wrong colour......

.....or maybe not

I counted 3 different colours and assumed there was more than one person on the job. It is quite a long walk from Ellenabeich to the A816, but then again there are so many potholes several cans of paint would have been required no matter how many people were marking them.

do u think the different colours are to indicate the different sized potholes?

Nope. Mind you that would have made the road very colourful and much more entertaining to drive along. We could have known which ones were okay to drive over and which ones to swerve around. As for the tourists...

On a serious note, does anyone know who off-loaded a heap of concrete on the steep hill at Kilninver ?
We really shouldn't have to put up with this problem again.
I first noticed it last Friday, 3rd and thought it would be removed that very day, but alas, no!
