Canu is absolutely right, disgusting as the idea might be to those who think rabbits are just cuddlywuddlyfluffywuffy things. Rabbits do eat their own poo, and poo left lying around suggests they are already too full to eat it, i.e over fed.

But I can sympathise with Nonny, as these rabbits are there as an attraction, and at the very least they should be tidied up. Noony just pop round to one or two local byers in winter time and see how the cows and calves are bedded and fed in winter. Animal rearing is not all green pastures and sunshine.
